MCC is blessed to have ministries for all ages and stages of life.
MEN'S MINISTRIES
At the heart of our Men's Ministries is a commitment to CONNECT with the men in our church body, fostering strong relationships within our community. Our mission is to GROW intentionally in our relationship with Christ by studying His Word and living it out. We strive to IMPACT our families and community by equipping men to be better husbands and fathers, and by spreading the message of Christ and His love. We aim to SERVE Christ, the Church, and our church body by addressing both spiritual and physical needs through dedicated support and assistance.
Our MISSION is guided by key scriptures that shape our vision for creating faithful men of God. We draw inspiration from Ecclesiastes 12:13, 2 Timothy 3:17, Hebrews 10:24-25, Proverbs 27:17, 1 Corinthians 16:13, Ephesians 6:10-11, and James 5:16, all of which emphasize growth, strength, and mutual support.
Our Men's Ministries are supported by a dedicated MINISTRY COMMITTEE consisting of Ethan Carpenter, Glen Cowan, Doug Johanson, Dean Levang, Tom Septer, Mark Sullivan, and Kevin Wenck. Together, they help lead our initiatives and events.
One of our popular gatherings is the ROMEO CLUB (Retired Old Men Eating Out), which welcomes any retired man of MCC who enjoys breakfast, fellowship, and camaraderie. Although it's an informal gathering with no set agenda, it's a chance for older men to enjoy each other's company, share stories, and solve the world's problems. The ROMEO Club meets every third Thursday of the month at 9:00 am at the Crouse Cafe in Indianola. Non-retired men over 50 and friends of retired members are also welcome to join.

WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
The MISSION of our Women's Ministries is dedicated to empowering, encouraging, and equipping women to grow in their faith and to live out their God-given purpose. We seek to create a welcoming and supportive environment where women of all ages and backgrounds can connect with each other, deepen their relationship with God, and serve their communities with love and compassion.
We base our mission of these supporting scriptures: Proverbs 31:25, Titus 2:3-5, Philippians 4:13, Proverbs 3:15

YOUTH MINISTRIES
The mission of our Youth Ministry is committed to nurturing and guiding young people as they grow in their relationship with Christ. We aim to create a safe and vibrant community where youth can explore their faith, develop strong friendships, and be equipped to live out the Gospel in their everyday lives.
